Creating Projects
Projects are the top-level container for all your work in SprintVibe. Each project holds sprints, stories, epics, and a backlog.
Create a new project
- From the Dashboard, click the New Project card (or use the + button in the sidebar)
- Fill in the project details:

|---|---|
| Name | Your project name. Keep it short and recognizable. |
| Description | What you're building. The AI uses this for sprint generation. |
| Tech Stack | Technologies you're using. Helps AI generate relevant stories. |
| Team Size | Number of people working on this project. |
- Click Create Project
Project limits
Your subscription tier determines how many projects you can have:
- Hobby — 3 projects
- Pro — Unlimited projects
- Teams — Unlimited projects
If you've hit your limit, you can archive old projects to free up slots, or upgrade your plan.
Project status
Projects can have the following statuses: - Active — Currently being worked on (default) - Archived — No longer active, but data is preserved
